In May 2013, we re-launched our corporate and association membership program, the Capital Society (formerly the Corinthians), offering a robust program of benefits for all members. Providing more streamlined options, the Capital Society absorbed our former categories for professionals in the built environment, resulting in six easy-to-use levels, including one for out-of-town supporters.

The Capital Society offers participants many familiar benefits such as discounts to public programs, free admission to Museum exhibitions, and exclusive behind-the-scenes tours. New benefits include private tours of the Museum’s collections, a staff company day at the Museum, and a $30 discount on Family memberships for employees.

Additionally, to provide members with a forum for strategic, interdisciplinary leadership, we recently held two roundtable discussions for members of the Capital Council. The Capital Council’s launch events, held in January and April, focused on the transformative impact of the CityCenterDC project in downtown D.C., as well as the future of green schools.
